Business
In the approach of OZO concepts the focus is on Continuous Improvement and Continuous Learning of any organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial or professional activities.
The business can be a for-profit entity, or a non-profit organization engaged in business activities. OZO concepts will identify Performance Gaps and evaluate Critical Success Factors (CSF’s), and strive for concepts that contribute towards Stretch-Objectives involving Circular Economy principles.
OZO therefore handles three main areas of activity:
Business Development
‘Top-line Growth’, can be achieved through the introduction of New Products in the Market, the development of New Geographical Markets, or the exploration of New market Segments.
Business Improvement
‘Bottom-line Performance’, whereas key and critical is to focus on Continuous Improvement of Processes, to undertake Cost Down Initiatives, to evaluate Margin Enhancement Initiatives or enlarge on Procurement and Supplier streamlining by ‘Un-bundling and Up-streaming’.
Sustainability
Concepts that incorporate an overall and integrated approach towards Improved Environmental Performance, looking at Circular Economy Concepts, evaluate Portfolio Opportunities and endorse Producer Responsibility for Products and Processes.
